Tropics Home Care Services, Inc. in Boynton Beach, Florida offers a wide range of non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled individuals in our community. Founded in 2010, we believe that everyone we serve is family. Our caregivers perform non-medical, fellowship, and protection services for our clients in their private homes. Due to the complexity of healthcare laws, services, billing, and collections, implementing policies and procedures help improve quality, consistency, honesty, and reduce liability under such laws.

Our meticulously screened caregivers are the “cream of the crop.” They are compassionate, caring, trained, and experienced caregivers who are insured, bonded, and enjoy working with elderly and disabled adults.
Caregivers undergo a Federal Bureau of Investigation Level II Criminal Background Screening process and receive an “eligible status”. They are certified, licensed, insured, bonded, medically cleared by a licensed physician, and meet Florida state education and training requirements.
We will continue to fulfill our commitment by adhering to the Agency of Healthcare Administration (AHCA) rules and regulations, to ethical business practices, and to relevant legal standards.
